Wellington Commemorative Tartan WR470

| STS notes say this is not Wilson's Wellington of which
there are three variations. The Society has a sample
woven by Kinloch Anderson as a new design. The new
design was altered before accreditation was granted. The
new 'Royal Highland' tartan, nevertheless, bears a close
resemblance.
