MacAlister of Glenbarr Clan Tartan WR877

| This sample comes from the MacGregor-Hastie collection
which forms the basis of the cloth archive of the Scottish
Tartans Society. This sett has been adopted by MacAlister
Societies in America and Australia. The design can be
related to the MacDonald group of tartans, corresponding
to the lineage of the MacAlisters. The tartan is available
from the Clan Macalister Centre at Glenbarr, to aid the
restoration fund for the family seat.
