Tennant Family Tartan  WR1656

The late Mr Yule of Messrs Anderson's (now Kinloch Anderson) of Edinburgh said that a branch of the Tennants had adopted this sett and he thought it may well have been because the usual one is so like MacDuff. The head of the Tennant family is Lord Glenconner who descended from John Tennant of Blairston (1635), Ayr.
