Bruce Hunting Clan Tartan WR1816
|

|
| A sample in the Coulson Bonner collection is labelled
'Earl of Elgin'. It is believed to have been a special order
from Colonel Bruce, manufactured by Peter Anderson of
Galashiels around 1939. The hunting sett retains the
black guards of the chiefly 'Bruce' sett known to the Elgin
family for generations.
